Me & My Beloved Guitar

The picture above is my own guitar. I bought it at a guitar shop in Midvalley Megamall. I thought I wanted to buy it at my own place, Seremban. Actually I was longing for my own guitar after the first time I learned playing the basic chords from a friend of mine a few years ago. I visited a Yamaha music shop and I was surprised looking at the price there. I would need at least RM500 in my pocket to buy a plain kapok guitar which I could get a looked-alike guitar at below RM200 at a grocery shop in my cowboy town.

While walking in the mall, suddenly I ran into another music shop selling musical instruments. While just looking, I saw a guitar at one corner. It was a quite nice kapok guitar which the price was only RM160. The strings were nylons not steel and frankly, I hate steel strings because they really hurt my fingers. This guitar always becomes my close company during my free time until now. With this guitar, I could play plenty of songs than before and then my guitar skills are improving a lot. Thanks to you, my beloved guitar.
